So Momma might be "a little" behind with writing this post.... You started Kindergarten in August and I am just now (January) writing your final blog post that should have been written your first day of Kindergarten. You might say that I am in a bit of denial that "my baby" is now in school every week day, ALL DAY!!! Your teacher is Mrs. Easterday and you LOVE her! You think she is pretty and nice and you LOVE to go to school everyday, that is what makes everything "ok" for me! We are not saying we thought you wouldn't do well in school but we honestly can't believe the RAVING reviews your teachers gives you, you are an EXCEPTIONAL student! You have all E's and E+'s with one S+, your conduct grades are all E's and your teacher told us at conferences that you were "off the record" her favorite little boy! You help tie all the other students shoes, are eager to please, and both the PE and music teacher are super impressed with your athletic and musical ability for a Kindergartner! Right now you are into Lego, watching sports (note your amazing draft pics for the bowl games this year), playing with your sis, anything that involves a ball, and playing tons of competitive soccer (don't cringe Gpa Oakley, we "might" let him play football, someday...)! Momma spends one day a week up at the school helping with your science labs, reading to your class or helping your teacher with odds and ends. Momma is also the class room mom because no one else would volunteer - crazy, we know, all the other Kindergarten classes have moms fighting over that roll! Jaxon, we love you to pieces and are so proud of you! You are stubborn and strong willed and we know you have to direct that will, but we can already see it taking you places! We hope you appreciate being able to look back at this "digital baby book" from the younger years of your life! You will always be our baby! Love you! Mom and Dad 1/5/15
