2 Week Check Up

Jaxon had his two week check up yesterday. All is well with this perfect little boy! He now weighs 8 lbs 8 oz (the doc was very impressed that he has already gained this much weight!), the funny thing is that he still seems soooo tiny to us! He is only in the 39th percentile for weight. He is 21 1/4 inches long, this is the 67th percentile, so I guess right now we can call him long and lean like his daddy! :) Last Friday he had a blocked tear duct, after a few doses of meds, the eye is much better now - YEAH!!! Today he had his PKU (heal prick) at the hospital, he let out a tiny cry at the time, but was better fast - actually big sis was more concerned about the nurse touching him then he was! :) It looks like we are done with the doc visits until late April, unless he or Kinley is sick between now and then, which we hope is not the case!
