2nd Tooth

Jax got his 2nd tooth today, it is the other front bottom tooth!

This is the 2nd time (ignore that Momma says 1st in the video - Daddy saw it the night before) that Jaxon ever crawled more than just 3 or 4 "steps"!

Surprise Birthday Weekend for Momma!

Last weekend Momma got another birthday surprise. Ms. Rachel took Momma to breakfast for her birthday and when we got back to the house, Daddy had been to the airport to pick up Gma Oakley, Aunt Krista, Aunt Kayla, Aunt Shelly, Kate and Rachel. The weekend was CRAZY but SOOOOO MUCH FUN! These are a few pics captured over the weekend!

Jaxon Crawls!!!

Guess Jax wanted to prove Momma wrong about the post last night that he still "scoots" rather than crawls. Last night Daddy told Momma, "He just crawled from the bathroom all the way into the other side of the bedroom!" Momma responded, "Yeah, he's getting faster..." (not realizing Daddy meant actually CRAWLED). This morning Jaxon CRAWLED across the living room and Momma called Daddy to tell him the news, he was "unimpressed" because he had already scene it... :) Momma took a video clip today so we will try to post it tonight.

Jax is 7 Months!!!

At 7 months, Jaxon is pulling up on everything, scooting fast but still only crawling a few "steps" at a time. He babbles like crazy (usually saying, "da da da da da."

He eats anything you will give him, yesterday it was piece of cheese, chicken nuggets, tortillas, bread, cherrios, and puffs, along with his normal stage 2 baby food and formula.

He is still in a size 5 diaper (no change here from last month... thank goodness!)

And the biggest news yet, he FINALLY sleeps all the way through the night every night (you know Momma just set herself up for him getting up tonight!). This has been a huge battle, we had stopped giving him bottles during the night, but still would have to go in to put the pacifier in his mouth, we think we can finally say he is sleeping! YEAH!!!

Jaxon still loves his "hospital paci" and we still are keeping track of it and scared to death for the day we loose it!

He usually takes 2 or 3 small naps (15 minutes to an hour each) during the morning hours and then usually one 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon.

Momma's trying to think of anything else to note for this month... Jaxon is getting to be so much fun as we see his little personality coming out! We love him so much and can't believe 7 months have already flown by!

1st Tooth!

Today Jaxon's 1st tooth broke through today! It is on the bottom left side of his mouth. He has been "teething" for soooo long, Momma, Daddy and Jax all feel better now that it has finally come through!

Gma Oakley, Aunt Krista, Kate, Aunt Kayla, Rachel, and Aunt Shelly were all here to see/feel the tooth!
