Ohhhh My, Am I REALLY 10 Months???

Jax's 10 month pic we took this week!



This boy is unbelieveable! Jaxon is growing up so fast and we are LOVING every minute of it! At 10 months Jax is a walking boy (technically a few days before 10 months, but he was confident after turning 10 months)!

He still eats everything in sight except green beans (he loved baby food green beans but can't stand to eat the real ones). We didn't weigh him this month, but we are guessing about 25 pounds just because he is heavier than last month, but still not as big as his sis. Of course we are still enjoying all the baby games (peek-a-boo, pat-a-cake, waving, etc...), but the CUTE FACE has arrived and is the favorite of all. He loves for us to ask him if he has a cute face and then show off the HUGE, closed eye smile, showing the four teeth!

Jaxon still doesn't say much other than baby babble, but he sure thinks he is saying something! Mamama and Daddadada are still the only thing he really knows what he is saying, although Gpa Oakley claims he has answerered him many times this week! :) He loves to play with his big sister and his favorite game with her is ring around the rosie (sp?). It is so fun to watch them interact and truly enjoy each other. Momma has to note they are not always "enjoying" each other, Jax's new found independence in learning to crawl and now walk is not always wonderful in Kinley's eyes because he ALWAYS wants to play with her and there are times when she has to remind him that he is "too widdle" to play with her toys.

At 10 months we are still making the most of the ONE green paci from the hospital, although we have thought we had lost it several times we keep finding it, we know the day will come when the paci is gone for good and Momma and Daddy are not looking forward to that day!

Loving our little Jax more and more everyday and excited for his 1st Christmas!

New Record!

19 steps in a row today!!! WOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOO, he might just be truly walking at Christmas! Not that Momma has her hopes up or anything...

McDonald's Play Place!

Today Jax went with Jake (and his big sis) to the McDonald's Play Place. So fun to watch these boy think they are one of the big kids!

Jaxon had his 1st Christmas pictures this morning, when we got home from the studio we took a few shots in front of our tree.

More Steps!

After posting the "5 Step" record this afternoon, Jaxon got up from his nap and wanted to prove to us much more! He has been trying to walk like crazy tonight, here is a video of him taking 9 or 10 steps.
